Fees Policy & Discounts

  1. Termly Early Payment Discount
    A 2% discount is available on tuition fees only when all fees are paid on or before the start of the term.

  2. Annual Early Payment Discount
    A 5% discount is available on tuition fees only when all fees are paid on or before the start of the term.

  3. Siblings Discount
    A 5% discount on tuition fees only is available for three (3) or more siblings.

    • The discount applies only when fees are paid in full in accordance with the fees payment policy.

    • The discount is forfeited if full payment conditions are not met.

  4. Candidate Classes Payment Policy
    All candidate classes are required to pay 100% of all applicable fees on or before the start of the term.

  5. Boarding and Ancillary Fees
    Boarding, lunch, transport, practical, and PTA fees must be paid in full on or before the start of the term.

  6. Non-Candidate Classes Payment Policy
    All non-candidate classes must pay:

    • 75% of tuition fees on or before the start of the term

    • The remaining 25% by mid-term

  7. Refund & Excess Payment Policy

    • Learners who are expelled or withdrawn from the Academy shall not be eligible for any refund of fees paid.

    • Continuing students who pay fees in excess may only carry forward the excess to the following term, except where the learner is a finalist or is transferring at the end of the term.

  8. Late Payment Penalty
    A 10% penalty will be applied to all outstanding fees not settled by the end of the term.
